Booksy alternatives 2026: 8 systems, prices and who each suits
On 20 October 2026 I opened the price pages of eight booking systems that come up when someone asks what to use instead of Booksy: Booksy itself, Fresha, Bookero, Nakiedy, Estetify, BeSkiz, Saloner and Slotsy (my own). I wanted the same numbers for each: price for one person, price for a team of three, SMS, fee on online payments, and whether there is a marketplace that brings new clients. Versum is not in the table: its pages did not open for me that day (error 403 and "Page not found"), and I don't copy its prices from other people's reviews.
Quick answer. Checked 20.10.2026: Booksy costs 145 zł net a month plus 35 zł net for each additional person, and takes 45% net of the first visit of a new client from Boost (maximum 250 zł net). The cheapest paid starts are Bookero 19.90 zł net (one account, no SMS), Fresha 29 zł (one person, has a marketplace), BeSkiz 35 zł (50 SMS) and Nakiedy 39 zł net (50 SMS, 1–2 people). Slotsy costs 0 zł for one person, without SMS. If most of your new clients come from the Booksy app, staying is a reasonable choice.

What Booksy costs and what you pay for
Booksy costs 145 zł net a month for one person and 35 zł net for each additional person, so a team of three pays 215 zł net (145 + 2 × 35). The trial lasts 7 days. SMS reminders are free of charge, and the plan includes 100 marketing SMS. On top comes Boost: 45% net of the first visit of a new client from the app, maximum 250 zł net.
Booksy is a sales channel: the subscription is the price of that channel, and the marketplace with clients is the reason people pay it. The full calculation with three example salons is in How much Booksy really costs.

Who is cheapest
For one person: Slotsy 0 zł (no SMS), Bookero 19.90 zł net (no SMS), Fresha 29 zł, BeSkiz 35 zł with 50 SMS and Nakiedy 39 zł net with 50 SMS.
For a team of three: Bookero 49.90 zł, Fresha 57 zł, Nakiedy 59 zł, BeSkiz 79 zł, Slotsy 79 zł, Estetify 80.49 zł net. Estetify does not charge per person, so a team of 6–10 pays the same 80.49 zł net there.

In Slotsy the money goes to the studio's own Stripe account, and the Slotsy fee is shown separately. On payment fees, Fresha and Booksy are cheaper than Slotsy. BLIK in Stripe costs 1.6% + 1 zł. Payment on the spot costs 0 zł in Slotsy.
Marketplace: who brings new clients
Booksy and Fresha have marketplaces with clients. Booksy charges 45% net of the first Boost visit (max. 250 zł net) for it, Fresha a one-time fee for a brand-new client; the amount is not on the price page.
Bookero, Nakiedy, Estetify, BeSkiz and Saloner have no marketplace. Clients come from your Instagram, Google and recommendations. Slotsy has a city catalogue, free and without commission on new clients, but it is young and not known the way Booksy is.
Where Slotsy is weaker
There are downsides. There is no SMS on Free, while Nakiedy and BeSkiz give 50 SMS from 35–39 zł. The fee on online payments is higher than in Fresha and Booksy. The catalogue is smaller than the Booksy and Fresha marketplaces. There is no app in the App Store or Google Play: the panel installs from the browser, and push notifications about new bookings work.
If SMS reminders are a requirement for you rather than an extra, Nakiedy or BeSkiz come out better at the start.
Where Slotsy has more
Slotsy costs 0 zł for one person with no time limit. The money goes to your own Stripe account (Stripe Connect), and there is no commission on new clients. The booking page and the panel are in Polish, Ukrainian and English, and the client books without creating an account (screen by screen). In practice: a Ukrainian client books in Ukrainian on your page, and the money is on your account.
Who each one suits
- Booksy: most of your new clients come from the Booksy app. Stay; the subscription is the price of that channel.
- Fresha: you want a marketplace and pay little for one person. Account for the fee on new clients.
- Bookero: the lowest entry price, if you don't need SMS on Basic.
- Nakiedy or BeSkiz: SMS reminders are already in the price from 35–39 zł.
- Estetify: a team of four or more, because the price is the same for any number of staff.
- Saloner: SMS notifications included and a flat price, with 15 zł for each additional user.
- Slotsy: you work alone or in a small team, clients come from Instagram and recommendations, some write in Ukrainian, and you want the money on your own Stripe. Start at 0 zł next to Booksy.

How to switch without losing clients
You don't have to leave Booksy on day one. Put your Slotsy link in your Instagram bio and Google profile, and for a month watch where bookings come from. The client list loads from a CSV file (instead of a notebook and Excel); future visits are not imported, and you enter them by hand.
