Terms of Service

By accessing or using Slotsy.io ("Slotsy", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including business owners who manage bookings and customers who make bookings through the platform.

"Business" refers to any entity that uses Slotsy to manage appointments and bookings. "Customer" refers to individuals who book services through Slotsy. "User" refers to any person accessing the platform. "Content" means text, images, data, and other materials uploaded to or generated by the Service.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create a Business account. You may not create accounts for others without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

Slotsy provides an online booking platform that enables businesses to manage appointments, schedules, staff, and customer relationships. Features include online booking pages, automated reminders, payment processing, and analytics.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

You agree not to: use the Service for illegal purposes, upload malicious content, interfere with other users' access, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or harvest data, or resell the Service without authorization.

Businesses must comply with applicable consumer protection, data privacy, and anti-discrimination laws when using Slotsy to interact with customers.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

All fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time on monthly or annual plans.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

Slotsy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Slotsy and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Slotsy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process that content as necessary to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Businesses that collect customer data through Slotsy are data controllers and must comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for businesses that require one.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slotsy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be deleted unless legally required to retain it.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
