Refund Policy
Subscription Payments
All subscription fees paid to Slotsy.io ("Slotsy") are non-refundable. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that all charges are final.
This policy applies to monthly and annual subscription plans, add-on purchases, and any other paid services provided by Slotsy.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to limited functionality. No refund or credit will be issued for the remaining unused portion of your billing period.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are charged in full at the beginning of the billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued if you cancel an annual plan before the end of the 12-month period.
You will continue to have access to all plan features until your annual subscription period expires.
Plan Changes
If you upgrade your plan, the new pricing takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated for the remainder of the current billing period.
If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund or credit is issued for the price difference during the current period.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, Slotsy may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests due to exceptional circumstances such as: extended service outages caused by Slotsy, duplicate charges resulting from billing errors, or charges made after a confirmed cancellation.
To request a review, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. All decisions regarding exceptional refund requests are final.
Data Retention After Cancellation
After your subscription expires, Slotsy retains your account data for 30 days. During this period, you may reactivate your subscription and regain full access to your data.
After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We recommend exporting your data before cancellation.
Changes to This Policy
Slotsy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
