Free booking system: what the 0 zł plans include (2026)
On 8 October 2026 I opened the pricing pages of ten booking systems: Booksy, Fresha, Bookero, Nakiedy, SimplyBook.me, Setmore, Reservio, Calendly, Google Calendar and Slotsy's own plans in our database. For each one I wrote down what the 0 zł plan contains and where the first payment starts. Four of them, Booksy, Fresha, Bookero and Nakiedy, have no free plan at all, only a trial.
Short answer. Of ten booking systems checked on 8.10.2026, six have a permanent free plan (Slotsy, SimplyBook.me, Setmore, Reservio, Calendly, Google Calendar on a personal account) and four have only a trial: Booksy (7 days, then 145 zł net a month), Fresha (7 days, then 29 zł net a month for one person), Bookero (14 days, then from 19.90 zł net) and Nakiedy (14 days, then from 39 zł net). Free plans differ in the limit: SimplyBook.me 50 bookings a month, Reservio 40 bookings per 30 days, Calendly one event type, Google Calendar one booking page; Setmore and Slotsy have no booking limit. The Slotsy Free plan costs 0 zł for one person and one location, without a booking limit and without a time limit; online payments go to your own Stripe with a 2% platform fee, payment at the venue costs nothing; SMS reminders are not included (email and Telegram are).

50 bookings a month is about 2–3 a day over 20 working days (50 / 20 = 2.5). Calendly and Google Calendar are calendars for meetings, not salon systems: no services with prices, no staff page.
No free plan: trial only
Four systems offer only a trial. Prices from their pricing pages on 8.10.2026, all net, plus 23% VAT.

Bookero Basic is the cheapest paid plan in this comparison (19.90 zł net). Nakiedy Mini includes 50 SMS a month and takes no commission on payments. Booksy sends system SMS reminders at no extra cost. If SMS reminders matter more to you than 0 zł, Nakiedy Mini (39 zł net) or Bookero (from 19.90 zł net) cost less than the Slotsy Start plan (79 zł net).
What a free plan costs when clients pay online
On Slotsy Free a 100 zł visit paid online by card costs the salon 4.50 zł: Stripe 1.5% + 1 zł is 2.50 zł, Slotsy 2% is 2.00 zł. By BLIK it costs 4.60 zł (Stripe 1.6% + 1 zł = 2.60 zł plus 2.00 zł). Paid at the venue: 0 zł.
For comparison, Fresha Independent: 29 zł net a month plus 1.29% + 0.49 zł on online payments, which is 1.78 zł per 100 zł visit. One person, visits of 100 zł, one month, net amounts:

From 11 card payments of 100 zł a month, Fresha Independent costs less than Slotsy Free (29 zł / (4.50 − 1.78) zł = 10.7). Slotsy Free is the cheaper choice when most clients pay at the venue. On Slotsy Start (79 zł net, 1% fee) a 100 zł card payment costs 3.50 zł; Start pays off over Free from 79 card payments of 100 zł a month, but Start is meant for a team of up to 5.

What is in Slotsy Free and what is not
You work on your own and get everything needed to take bookings, with no limit and no expiry date. It is not a trial.
- Unlimited bookings (since 5 October 2026), 1 person, 1 location.
- A booking page in Polish, Ukrainian and English; the client books without an account.
- Online payments (card, BLIK, Przelewy24) to your own Stripe with a 2% platform fee; at the venue 0 zł.
- Reminders by email, in Telegram for clients who connected the bot, and push for clients with an account (reminders in Telegram).
- A booking widget for your website, memberships, dashboard analytics, page design, digital products (5% of each sale, the same on every plan).
- Visibility in the Slotsy catalogue.
What Free does not have: SMS reminders (paid plans; Start has 70 credits a month), a second person or second location (Start: up to 5 people, 2 locations, 79 zł net a month; Team 169 zł; Business 349 zł; yearly = 10 months), partial prepayment (online payment is the full price) and your own domain.
When you try to add a second person, Slotsy offers a higher plan, and everything else keeps working. After a paid plan ends, the account returns to Free, nothing is deleted and the booking page keeps taking bookings. How to start on a free plan
- Create a Free account: company name, page address, category, then name, email and password. No card.
- In the “When do you work?” card on the dashboard, set your hours.
- Add one service with duration and price.
- Share the link: in your Instagram bio, on your Google profile.
- Connect Stripe only when you want online payments.
