Week Schedule
Updated October 19, 2026
Working hours date by date instead of by weekday. It suits a master whose every week is different: nails, brows, lashes, private sessions. Clients see exactly these hours on the booking page and can pick any time a service fits.
Week schedule or a regular schedule
| How you work | What to set up |
|---|---|
| The same hours every week | Company Hours — repeat forever |
| Different every week | Week schedule — hours for specific dates |
| Usually the same, sometimes not | A regular schedule, and the odd week here |
Days you have not touched follow the regular schedule: the date line says "weekly schedule".
Opening a week
- Schedules → Week schedule. A master without owner rights sees My week schedule.
- For: "Whole studio", a master or a service.
- Pick the week with the arrows next to the dates.
- Give each day its hours "from–to". Several ranges a day: + hours; remove one with ×.
- A day you do not work: Day off.
- Save week · N working days. After "Saved. The booking page already shows these hours." clients see the new week.
Which times a client sees
Any start from which the service ends before the range ends, at the studio's step (How Often a Session May Start).
| Hours of the day | Service | Starts on the booking page |
|---|---|---|
| 09:00–11:30, 14:00–20:00 | 2 h | 09:00, 09:30, 14:00 … 18:00 |
| 08:30–11:30 | 1.5 h | 08:30 … 10:00 |
A service set to One after another starts at steps of its own length: 90 min gives 08:30, 10:00 (Service Management). Booked time disappears from the page by itself. A visit agreed outside Slotsy has to go into the calendar, or that time stays free.
Tip: old "windows" (08:30–10:00, 10:00–11:30) show as separate ranges. For a longer service to fit, join them into one: 08:30–11:30.
Copying
- Copy last week takes the hours of the previous week; change only what differs.
- Copy to next week saves the current week and opens the next one with the same hours; then press "Save".
- In service mode, Copy all services to next week. Only days changed for this very week are copied. A service where the copy would remove hours that have bookings is skipped and named.
Hours of a service
Choose a service under "For": clients book it only within its hours, and other services are not affected. This is how one master splits services: lashes in the morning, nails in the afternoon. A service's hours must lie inside the studio's hours, or Slotsy suggests extending them under Schedules → Company Hours.
When something does not save
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| Fill in both times. | Fill in "from" and "to" |
| These hours end before they start. | Swap the times |
| These hours overlap. | Separate the ranges of the day |
| … is outside the studio's hours (…) | Choose a time inside them, or ask the owner to extend them |
While a day shows an error the week cannot be saved. If the new hours remove time that has bookings, "N bookings are in this time" appears: Save and keep the bookings or Cancel N bookings… with a message for the clients.
How far ahead clients can book
A regular schedule stays open forever. If you plan week by week, limit it: Settings → Booking Rules → How far ahead clients can book (1–12 weeks). The limit applies to the booking page, the widget, the Schedule tab and a client moving a booking. You can still book further ahead in the admin.
