Your Studio Was Set Up for You: First Sign-in

If you sent us your price list and schedule ("We set it up for you"), we create your booking page ourselves: services, prices in your country's currency, working hours with breaks. All that is left is to set a password and sign in.

What arrives by e-mail

A letter in the studio's language with the subject "Your studio … is ready in Slotsy" and a Set a password button.

Tip: no letter? Check Spam and Promotions. It comes from an @slotsy.io address.

Setting the password

  1. Press Set a password in the letter. A page "Studio name" is ready opens with your e-mail.
  2. New password: at least 8 characters.
  3. Repeat the password: the same.
  4. Tick I accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Without it the button stays inactive.
  5. Set password. You will see "Done. Sign in with your new password."
  6. Sign in with your e-mail and the new password.

You can sign in only with a password: there is no password-free or Google sign-in from an invitation. Forgot it later: Forgot Password.

If the link does not work

The page says "This invitation is invalid or has expired. Write to us and we will send a new one." This happens when:

  • 7 days have passed;
  • the link was already used (the password is set, just sign in);
  • we sent a newer link.

Write to [email protected] and we will send a new one.

What to do after signing in

The Dashboard shows the Get your booking page ready checklist. Working hours, services and the master are already marked done. Next:

  1. Services → Services List: check names, prices and durations.
  2. Schedules → Company Hours: check the days and breaks. If every week is different, see Week Schedule.
  3. Company Information and Locations: the address and contacts clients will see.
  4. Go Live! → Get your link: share your booking link on social media and messengers.
