After registering your company on Slotsy, the Setup Assistant guides you through configuring your business step by step.
Setup Questionnaire
When you first log in, you'll see a short questionnaire about your business:

Based on your answers, Slotsy personalizes your setup checklist — hiding steps you don't need.
Setup Checklist
The checklist tracks your progress through these steps:

You can skip optional steps and come back later.
Data Migration (CSV Import)
If you have existing client data, you can import it from a CSV file:
- Go to Settings > Data Import
- Select entity type: Customers, Services, or Staff
- Upload your CSV file (max 5MB, 5000 rows)
- Review the column mapping — Slotsy auto-detects common column names
- Preview the first 10 rows and fix any validation errors
- Click Import to create the records
Tip: Supported delimiters: comma, semicolon, tab. Encoding: UTF-8 and Windows-1251.
