First Steps

Get started with Slotsy — set up your company and create your first service in minutes.

1. Create Your Account

  1. Go to the Slotsy registration page
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Fill in your company name
  4. Click Create Account

You'll be redirected to the admin panel where you can start setting up your business.

2. Complete Company Info

Navigate to Settings > Company Info to fill in your business details:

  • Company Name — displayed to customers
  • Address — your physical location
  • Phone — contact number
  • Email — business email
  • Logo — upload your logo (recommended: 512x512px, PNG or JPG)

Tip: Complete company info helps customers find and trust your business.

3. Set Working Hours

Go to Schedules > Company Hours to set your business schedule:

  1. Click on a day of the week
  2. Set Opening time and Closing time
  3. Toggle days off (e.g., Sunday)
  4. Click Save

Working hours determine when customers can book appointments.

4. Add Your First Service

Navigate to Services and click + Add Service:

Click Save — your first service is ready for booking!

5. Add Staff (Optional)

If you have multiple staff members, go to Staff > + Add Staff:

  • Name — staff member's name
  • Email — for login access
  • Role — choose their access level
  • Services — assign which services they provide

Note: If you're a solo business, you can enable Solo Business Mode in Settings to skip staff selection during booking.

6. Share Your Booking Page

Your booking page is automatically available at:

https://app.slotsy.com/your-company-slug

Share this link with your customers via:

  • Social media
  • Your website
  • QR code (available in Sharing Hub)
