Dashboard

The dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It answers one question: what is happening in the business right now.
What the cards show
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Bookings today | Every booking that starts today, minus cancelled and rejected ones. Underneath: how many are confirmed and how many still wait for approval |
| Upcoming | Bookings in the next 7 days that are neither cancelled nor rejected |
| Revenue this month | The price of every completed booking this month. A booking that is only confirmed does not count yet |
| Active staff | Staff members with the status Active |
Below the cards, Next booking shows the closest upcoming appointment with the customer, the service and a link straight to it.
Tip: "Today" and "this month" follow your company's timezone, not the server's. Set it in Company > Company Info so the numbers match your day.
What you see depends on your role

| Staff, Receptionist | Only their own bookings — no company revenue, no headcount |
A staff member's third and fourth cards show Completed today and Cancelled today instead of revenue and staff count.
Plan usage
Under the metrics there is a Plan usage card with your bookings, staff and locations against your plan's limits, plus a link to the plans page. It is visible on every plan, including Free.
The dashboard on the Free plan
Dashboard analytics are part of the paid plans. On Free the cards are covered by a note explaining the limit, with a link to the plans. The plan usage card stays visible — on Free it is the one thing on this page that is.
Nothing is lost while you are on Free: bookings, staff and locations all keep working, and the numbers reappear the moment you subscribe.
Tip: If the metrics fail to load, the page says so instead of showing zeros. Zeros mean zero; an error means try again.
