Quick start for a specialist who works alone
You work alone: no receptionist, no colleagues. You need three things: the hours when people can book you, a list of services with prices, and a link you give to clients. Everything else can be added later or not at all.
In short. The Free plan costs 0 zł for one person, with no card and no time limit. After registration the admin panel itself suggests Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00: change the hours, add one service, and your booking page is ready.
1. Register
Click Create an account. Registration is three screens:
- Your business — "Company Name", "Site Address" (this will be your link slotsy.io/…), "Time zone" and "Currency". For Poland choose Warsaw and zł PLN.
- Owner details — first name, last name, e-mail, phone.
- Set your password — password, the checkbox for the Terms, Create Account.
2. Set your working hours
On the Dashboard there is already a When do you work? card with Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 filled in. Change the days and hours to suit you, Add break if needed, and click Save. Without hours, clients do not see any free time.
If you work different days and hours each week, instead of a fixed schedule open Schedules → Week schedule and mark the starts for a specific week. More
3. Add services
In the Get your booking page ready list click Add services. For each service a name, Duration and Price are enough, then Create. You can enter the name in three languages — the EN, UK, PL tabs above the field. More
4. Say which languages you speak
Step Staff Languages → Set. Clients in the Slotsy catalogue look for a specialist who speaks their language: without languages you do not appear in this filter.
5. Get your link
Step Go Live! → Get your link opens Share & Promote: there you will find your link, a QR code and a link to a single service. Put it in your Instagram profile header and in your Google profile. More
6. Book yourself as a client
Open the link on your phone and book your own service: you will see everything the way a client will. You can cancel the booking later in the admin panel.
