Reminders in Telegram

You can get your booking reminders in Telegram instead of a text message. The studio's e-mails keep coming as before; Telegram replaces only the SMS.

How to Connect

  1. Make a booking. On the Booking created screen, or later on your booking's page, find Reminders in Telegram.
  2. Press Connect Telegram. The Slotsy reminders bot opens in Telegram.
  3. Press Start in the bot.

The bot replies with the studio's name: ": done — reminders about your bookings will come here." Back on the booking page, after a refresh, it says Booking reminders will come to Telegram.

Tip: Connect from your phone. The button opens the Telegram app straight away.

What Comes to Telegram

The same messages the studio sends you by SMS, in your language, in the studio's name:

Which of these you get is the studio's choice. The e-mail reminders, 24 hours and 1 hour before, always come by e-mail.

Several Studios

The connection belongs to one studio. If you book with two studios on Slotsy, connect Telegram from a booking with each of them. There is no Telegram button in your general account, only on a booking's page.

How to Stop

Send /stop to the bot. It answers that no more reminders will come there; they go back to e-mail and SMS. Blocking the bot in Telegram does the same.

Good to Know

  • The bot only sends reminders. You cannot write to the studio through it, sign in with it, or get offers from it.
  • A link from the button works once. If the bot says the link is invalid or already used, open your booking and press the button again.
  • If the studio has turned Telegram off, the button is not shown.
