A service schedule says when this particular service can be booked. It can be narrower than the company's opening hours — massage in the evenings only, say, or a group class three times a week.

Where to set it

Settings → Service Schedules

At the top is the service picker: the schedule is set per service. Below it, two tabs:

TabWhat it covers
WeekThe ordinary week: which days, and at what times
ExceptionsIndividual dates that fall outside that week

When no schedule is set

The service follows the company's opening hours. That is the normal state: a schedule of its own is only needed when the service is available at different times from the studio.

The Week tab

Each day has a switch and a list of sessions:

[✓] Wednesday 14:00 — 15:00 × Company: 07:00 – 21:00
               15:00 — 16:00 × + Add session ⧉
               16:00 — 17:00 ×
ElementWhat it does
Day switchA day switched off means the service is unavailable that day
A time rowOne session. Two rows are two separate classes, not one day with a break
×Remove the session
+ Add sessionAppend a session after the last one
⧉Copy the day, then press it on another day to paste
"Company: 07:00 – 21:00"The bounds there is no point going past

Tip: if you save hours wider than the company's, a warning after saving tells you what is actually bookable. Availability is the intersection of company, service and staff hours.

A session in the middle of the day

Add session appends a class to the end of the day. To put one earlier, do not add it and then retype the hours — hover over the gap in front of the row you want it before. A thin "+" appears there, labelled with the session it would create.

  + 13:00–14:00 ─────────────────
  [14:00] — [15:00] ×
  [15:00] — [16:00] ×
  + 17:00–18:00 ─────────────────
  [18:00] — [19:00] ×

The session lands in place with the right time already on it — there is nothing to correct afterwards.

The time comes from the gap itself: the new session ends where the next one starts and runs as long as it does. If your classes are 90 minutes, the inserted one is 90 minutes.

Tip: the "+" only appears where there is a real gap. Two sessions that touch have nothing between them, so a day with five classes usually shows one or two, not four.

The Exceptions tab

Individual dates that do not follow the weekly schedule:

KindWhat it means
ClosedNo sessions at all that day
Modified hoursDifferent sessions that day from the ordinary week

This is where holidays, repairs, an instructor away, or a one-off class on a closed day belong.

Dates with hours of their own

An exception on a date wins over the weekly schedule. A change to the week will not reach that date.

So that this does not go unnoticed, the Week tab shows a line:

These dates have their own hours for this service: 23.09, 30.09. Changes to the week will not reach them. [View exceptions]

It takes you to the Exceptions tab, where the entry can be removed or given the new hours.

Tip: if you added a slot, saved, and it is missing from the site on one particular date, the first thing to check is an exception on that date.

How this adds up with staff schedules

A customer sees free time only where all three agree: company hours, the service schedule, and the instructor's own working hours. A service available on Saturday produces no slots at all if nobody works Saturdays.
