A class with a fixed time and several places looks different on the calendar from a one-to-one appointment: you see the class itself, with its places, even before anyone books.

Which Services Show as Classes

ServiceOn the calendar
Group service (more than one place per slot)One block per class, however many people booked
Service with its own Service ScheduleOne block per scheduled session
One-to-one service on company hoursAs before: a block per booking, free time is plain grid

Classes show in the Week, Day and Agenda views. Empty classes in the past are not shown.

Reading a Class Block

BlockMeaning
Grey, dashed: "Pilates · 0 of 8 · Anna" / freeNobody has booked yet
Blue: "3 of 8"Three places taken
fullAll places are taken

The Free classes box next to the legend hides the grey empty blocks when you only want to see what is booked.

The Class Card

Click a class to open its card:

  • date and time, the instructor
  • Participants: 3 of 8 and the list of people booked
  • next to each name, a mark: paid with a pass, or Unpaid
  • a click on a name opens that booking

Add participant (for a one-to-one session, Book a customer) opens a new booking with the service, instructor and time already filled in. When the class is full, the card says All places are taken.

Booking Someone Onto a Class With a Pass

In the new-booking form, once the customer and the service are chosen:

  • if the customer has a pass for this service, a box is ticked: Spend a class from the pass "X" — N of M left. Untick it for, say, a free trial class;
  • a pass that ends before the class date is not offered;
  • with no pass: No pass covers this service — the booking will be unpaid.

On the calendar a booking paid with a pass carries the pass icon; an unpaid one has a red dot.

Paying an Unpaid Booking From a Pass

Open the booking. Next to Unpaid there is Pay with the pass "X" (N of M). It pays this booking from the pass, without a second booking on the calendar.

Tip: For a booking that already exists, use this button, not Write off visit on the pass page: a write-off there creates its own completed booking, and the class would appear twice.

Cancelling a booking paid with a pass returns the class according to your visit return rules. There is no "paid in cash" mark yet.
