Manage customer reviews from one place — view, reply, publish or hide, and track your ratings.

Accessing Reviews

Click Reviews in the sidebar menu. The page is available to Owner, Admin, and Manager roles.

Statistics Dashboard

At the top of the page you'll see key metrics:

Total ReviewsTotal number of reviews for your company
Average RatingOverall star rating (1.0 – 5.0)
Published / UnpublishedHow many reviews are visible to customers vs. hidden
Rating DistributionBreakdown of reviews by star rating (1–5)

Filtering & Sorting

Use the filter bar below the stats:

  • Status tabs — All, Published, Unpublished
  • Staff dropdown — Filter by the staff member associated with the review
  • Sort — Newest, Oldest, Highest rating, Lowest rating

Reviews Table

Each review shows: author name, star rating, comment preview, assigned staff, status badge, date, and reply indicator.

  • Verified badge (blue) — the review is linked to a confirmed booking
  • Reply icon — indicates a company reply exists

Click any row to open the review detail modal.

Review Detail Modal

The modal displays the full review text, rating, author, date, and staff member. From here you can:

Reply to a Review

  1. Type your reply in the text area (max 500 characters)
  2. A character counter shows remaining space
  3. Click Send Reply
  4. Your reply appears below the review on the customer portal

To delete an existing reply, click Delete next to "Your Reply".

Publish / Unpublish

Toggle a review's visibility:

  • Publish — makes the review visible on the customer portal
  • Unpublish — hides the review from public view

Delete a Review

  1. Click the red Delete button
  2. Confirm in the dialog that appears
  3. The review is permanently removed

Tip: Unpublishing is reversible; deleting is not. Prefer unpublishing unless the review is spam or inappropriate.

Actions Menu (Table)

Each row has a three-dot menu with quick actions: Publish/Unpublish and Delete — without opening the detail modal.

Mobile View

On screens smaller than 768px, reviews display as cards instead of a table. Tap a card to open the detail modal.
