The Booking List gives you a table view of all bookings with powerful filtering, sorting, and bulk actions.

Filters

Use the filter bar above the table to narrow down results:

FilterHow it works
Date rangeSelect start and end dates to view bookings within a period
StatusShow only bookings with a specific status
StaffFilter by one or more staff members
ServiceFilter by one or more services
LocationFilter by business location (multi-location only)

Filters can be combined. Click Reset Filters to clear all active filters.

Sorting

Click on any column header to sort the table:

  • First click sorts ascending (A-Z, oldest first)
  • Second click sorts descending (Z-A, newest first)
  • Third click removes the sort

The currently sorted column is indicated by an arrow icon in the header.

Search

Use the search bar to find bookings by customer name, phone number, or email address. Results update as you type and search works across all bookings, not just the current filtered view.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple bookings using the checkboxes, then choose a bulk action:

  1. Tick the checkboxes next to each booking (or use the top checkbox to select all)
  2. The bulk actions bar appears at the top
  3. Choose an action: Confirm Selected or Cancel Selected
  4. Confirm the action in the dialog

Tip: Bulk actions are useful for processing pending bookings at the start of the day.

Export

Click the Export CSV button to download the current view as a spreadsheet file. The export respects your active filters and sort order, so you can prepare targeted reports.

Quick Actions

Each row includes quick action buttons:

ActionDescription
ViewOpen booking details in a side panel
EditChange date/time, staff, service, or notes
CancelCancel the booking with a reason

Pagination

The table shows 20 bookings per page by default. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages or change the page size (20, 50, 100).

Tip: Use filters to narrow down large lists instead of scrolling through many pages.
