When you book an online service, the meeting link shows the provider's icon and branding automatically.
Supported Providers
| Provider | How it looks | Color |
|---|---|---|
| Zoom | Zoom icon + "Zoom Meeting" | Blue |
| Google Meet | Meet icon + "Google Meet" | Green |
| Microsoft Teams | Teams icon + "Microsoft Teams" | Purple |
| Other | Video icon + "Online Meeting" | Blue |
The provider is detected automatically from the meeting URL — no setup required.
Meeting Link Actions
On the booking confirmation and in your account, you'll see:
- Join Meeting — opens the meeting in a new tab
- Copy link — copies the meeting URL to clipboard
- Add to Calendar — dropdown with options:
- Google Calendar — opens Google Calendar with pre-filled event
- Outlook — opens Outlook Web with pre-filled event
- Apple Calendar / Other — downloads an .ics file
Where Meeting Links Appear
- Confirmation page — full card with provider icon, URL, and all buttons
- Booking detail — provider icon, URL, Join/Copy/Add to Calendar
- Bookings list — compact icon + "Join Meeting" link
- Dashboard calendar — compact icon + "Join Meeting" link
Tip: The meeting link is also sent to your email after booking.
