Share your booking link and QR codes with customers — through social media, your website, messaging apps, or printed materials.

Your Booking Page URL

Every Slotsy company has a unique booking page:

https://app.slotsy.com/your-slug

This is the link your customers use to book appointments. You can find it at the top of the Sharing Hub page.

Accessing the Sharing Hub

  1. Click Sharing Hub in the main navigation menu
  2. You'll see your booking URL, sharing options, and QR code

Copy Link

The fastest way to share your booking page:

  1. Click the Copy Link button
  2. The URL is copied to your clipboard
  3. Paste it anywhere — messages, emails, or your website

QR Code

Slotsy generates a QR code for your booking page automatically:

  1. Go to Sharing Hub
  2. Your QR code is displayed on the page
  3. Click Download QR to save it as an image

Use your QR code for:

  • Business cards — customers scan to book instantly
  • Flyers and posters — place in your window or waiting area
  • Receipts — encourage repeat bookings
  • Table stands — for walk-in businesses

Tip: Print your QR code at a large size for storefronts and posters. A minimum of 3x3 cm ensures reliable scanning from a reasonable distance.

Social Media Sharing

Share your booking link directly to social media platforms:

  • Facebook — creates a post with your booking link
  • Instagram — copy the link to add to your bio or stories
  • Twitter / X — creates a tweet with your booking URL

Click the platform icon in the Sharing Hub to open the sharing dialog with your link pre-filled.

Embedding on Your Website

Add a booking link to your existing website:

  1. Copy your booking page URL from the Sharing Hub
  2. Add it as a link or button on your website
  3. Use text like "Book Now" or "Schedule an Appointment"

Sharing via Email and Messaging Apps

Share your booking link through any communication channel:

  1. Click Copy Link in the Sharing Hub
  2. Paste into your email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, or any messaging app

Tip: Include a short message with the link, such as: "Book your next appointment online: [link]". A personal touch increases booking rates.

Printing Your QR Code

For physical display in your business:

  1. Download the QR code from the Sharing Hub
  2. Print it on paper, stickers, or cards
  3. Place it where customers can easily scan — reception desk, entrance, mirrors

A printed QR code bridges the gap between your physical location and online booking system.
