Earn credits by inviting other businesses to join Slotsy. Share your unique referral link, track sign-ups, and monitor your rewards — all from the Referral Program dashboard.
Accessing the Referral Program
- Click Referral Program in the main navigation menu (Gift icon)
- The dashboard opens with four tabs: Overview, My Referrals, Rewards, Balance
Tip: Only company owners and admins can access the Referral Program page.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab is your referral headquarters. It displays:

| Stats Cards | Four metrics — total clicks, registrations, conversions, and total earned |
| Referral Link | Your unique referral URL with a copy button |
| QR Code | Scannable QR code for your referral link |
| Slug Editor | Customize your referral slug (e.g., my-salon) |
| Share Buttons | One-click sharing to Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Email |
Copying Your Referral Link
- Find your referral URL on the Overview tab
- Click Copy to copy it to your clipboard
- Paste it anywhere — emails, messages, social media posts
Customizing Your Slug
- Click the edit icon next to your referral slug
- Enter a new slug (letters, numbers, and hyphens only)
- Click Save to apply the change
Your referral URL updates automatically to reflect the new slug.
Sharing via Social Media
Click any share button to open the corresponding platform with your referral link pre-filled:
- Facebook — opens a share dialog
- Twitter/X — composes a tweet with your link
- LinkedIn — creates a post
- Telegram / WhatsApp — opens a message with the link
- Email — opens your email client with a pre-filled message
My Referrals Tab
View all businesses you have referred. The table displays:

| Name | Name of the referred business owner |
| Their email address | |
| Status | Current status: Registered, Subscribed, Active, or Churned |
| Plan | Subscription plan they chose (if any) |
| Registered | Date they signed up |
| Reward | Total reward earned from this referral |
Status badges are color-coded: gray (registered), yellow (subscribed), green (active), red (churned).
Rewards Tab
Track every reward transaction. The table shows:

| Type | First Payment or Recurring |
| Amount | Reward amount in your currency |
| Status | Pending, Confirmed, Clawed Back, Applied, or Paid Out |
| Date | When the reward was created |
Balance Tab
A summary of your referral credit account:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Available | Credits ready to use toward your subscription |
| Pending | Credits awaiting confirmation |
| Lifetime Earned | Total credits earned since you started |
| Lifetime Applied | Credits already applied to invoices |
| Lifetime Paid Out | Credits paid out to your account |
Tip: Referral credits are automatically applied to your next subscription invoice. No action needed on your part.
