Add-ons & SMS Balance

Extend your Slotsy.io subscription with add-ons for extra functionality.

Overview

Add-ons let you purchase additional features beyond your plan's included limits:

All paid plans (Start, Team, Business) include the same feature set. They differ only by staff and location limits and support level.

Managing Add-ons

1. Go to My Subscription page
2. Scroll down to the Add-ons section
3. View your active add-ons with monthly pricing
4. Browse available add-ons to activate

Activating an Add-on

1. Find the add-on in the "Available Add-ons" section
2. Click Activate
3. The add-on will be billed monthly alongside your subscription

Cancelling an Add-on

1. Find the add-on in the "Active Add-ons" section
2. Click Cancel
3. Confirm the cancellation
4. The add-on remains active until the end of the current billing period

SMS Balance

Your SMS balance shows how many messages you can send for booking notifications:

• Remaining / Total — visual progress bar
• Expiry date — when unused SMS credits expire

Tip: SMS packages are one-time purchases. Top up when your balance runs low to ensure customers receive booking confirmations.

Subscription Plans

Every paid plan includes the full feature set. Free locks three of them — dashboard analytics, digital products and booking page design. Need more locations? Purchase the "Extra Location" add-on.

Frozen Subscriptions

If your subscription payment fails after the trial period, your account becomes frozen. While frozen:

• You can view your data but cannot create new bookings
• A blue banner appears prompting you to reactivate
• Click Reactivate to restore full access
