Deposit at Booking
Updated October 14, 2026
Some studios ask for a deposit at booking instead of the full price for expensive or long services. You pay the rest at the studio. The studio decides for each service whether there is a deposit and how much it is.
How to pay
At the confirmation step, in the How to pay block, you see:
- Deposit €30 now, with "The rest, €70, at the studio" below;
- Pay all €100 now, if the studio allows paying everything at once.
Below the deposit option are the terms: how much you pay now, how much at the studio, until when you can cancel with a refund and what happens on a no-show. Tick the box and choose how to pay: card, BLIK or Przelewy24, depending on the studio. Without the tick the booking is not created: "Accept the deposit terms to book."
If you choose Pay all, there is no deposit box, and paying works like a normal online payment.
On the studio's own website, in the booking widget, it all works the same.
After booking
In the confirmation email and in My bookings:
| Label | What it means |
|---|---|
| Deposit paid: €30 | What you paid online |
| Due at the studio: €70 | What to pay at the visit |
| Paid in full | The studio marked the rest as received |
You pay the rest at the studio the way it accepts: cash, card and so on. Slotsy does not charge it online.
Cancellation and no-show
| What happened | The deposit |
|---|---|
| You cancelled no later than the studio's rules allow | Refunded to your card automatically |
| The studio cancelled or declined the booking | Refunded automatically |
| You did not come and the studio marked a no-show | Stays with the studio |
You cannot cancel online after the studio's limit: write to or call the studio. A refund usually reaches your account in 5–10 business days.
Tip: The free-cancellation limit is shown at the confirmation step in the "Cancellation" block, before you pay.
