My Memberships
Updated September 18, 2026
My Memberships lists every pack you have bought, across all companies. It is where you check what is left and how long you have to use it.
What Each Card Shows
| Element | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Plan name | The pack you bought, e.g. "4 sessions" |
| Company | Who sold it; the name links to their page |
| Status | Active, expired, or used up |
| Progress bar | Visits spent against the total |
| Remaining | How many bookings you still have |
| Valid until | The day the pack stops working. Until you attend your first class it reads "Starts with your first visit" — the countdown begins with that session, not with the day you paid |
| Services | What the pack can be spent on |
An active pack also has a Book button that takes you straight to that company's booking page.
Status
| Status | What happened |
|---|---|
| Active | Visits left and still inside the validity period |
| Used up | Every visit spent |
| Expired | The validity period ended, whether or not visits were left |
Both endings are final: a pack does not renew, and unused visits do not carry over. When one ends you buy another if you want to continue.
Watching the Expiry
The date under Valid until is counted from the day you bought the pack, not from first use. A 60-day pack bought on 1 March stops working on 30 April even if you have not booked once.
Tip: Check the remaining visits against the days left. Four visits and a week to go means booking twice a week — decide early whether that is realistic, while there are still slots free.
Using a Visit
Book a covered service and pick Membership as the payment method. The visit comes off at the moment the booking is created, and the number here drops immediately.
If a pack does not appear as a payment option, one of these is true: it has no visits left, its date has passed, or the service you chose is not part of the plan.
Cancelling a Booking Paid With a Pass
Cancelling in good time returns the visit and the count here goes back up. Cancelling late, or not turning up, spends it. Each company sets how far ahead counts as good time, and a booking the company cancels itself always returns the visit.
If a visit should have come back and did not, ask the company — staff can return it by hand.
