Company Page

The company page is your starting point for exploring a business and booking its services on Slotsy.

What You'll See

When you open a company page, you'll find all the key information about the business:

  • Company name and logo — the brand identity at the top of the page
  • Description — a short overview of what the company does
  • Address — physical location with a link to the map
  • Phone and contacts — ways to reach the business directly
  • Working hours — when the company is open

Services

The services section shows everything the company offers:

  • Service name — what the service is
  • Duration — how long the appointment takes
  • Price — the cost in the company's currency, along with any passes the company sells
  • Book button — start booking right from the list

When a company offers many services, they are grouped into categories — "Hair · 6 services", "Nails · 4 services". Only the first section is open: click a heading to expand the one you want.

Click on any service to see its full description and details.

Staff Profiles

If the company chooses to display their team, you'll see staff cards with:

  • Name and photo — who will be providing the service
  • Bio — background and specialization
  • Services they provide — what each staff member offers

Tip: Some companies let you choose your preferred staff member during booking.

Locations

For businesses with multiple locations, you'll see a list of addresses. Each location shows:

  • Address — full street address
  • Working hours — may differ per location
  • Phone — location-specific contact number

Select your preferred location before starting a booking.

Gallery

Browse photos to get a feel for the company:

  • Work samples — examples of completed services
  • Interior photos — what the space looks like
  • Team photos — meet the staff

Click any photo to open it in fullscreen.

Book Now

The Book Now button is always visible on the company page. Click it to start the booking process. You'll be guided through selecting a service, staff member, date, and time.

Ratings and Reviews

Once a company has been reviewed, its reviews appear on the main page — you do not need to open a separate tab:

  • Overall rating — the average score, also shown beside the company name at the top
  • Star breakdown — how many people gave each score
  • Three latest reviews — with the company's replies, where it has answered
  • Link to all reviews — shown when there are more than the three

A company with no reviews yet simply has no reviews block.

Reviews help you make an informed decision before booking.
