Notifications

Stay informed about your bookings, payments, and support updates with the Slotsy.io notification center.
Notification Bell
A bell icon appears in the top header of your account. A red badge shows how many unread notifications you have (up to 99+). Click the bell to go to your notifications page.
Notifications Page
The notifications page shows all your notifications in reverse chronological order. You can filter by category:

| Bookings | Booking confirmations, cancellations, reminders, reschedules |
| Reviews | Replies to your reviews |
| Payments | Payment confirmations, expiring memberships |
| Support | Replies from support team |
Unread notifications are highlighted with a blue dot and slightly different background.
Actions
- Click a notification — marks it as read and navigates to the relevant page
- Mark all as read — button appears when you have unread notifications; marks everything as read at once
Push Notifications
If you haven't enabled push notifications, a banner appears at the top of the notifications page inviting you to enable them. Push notifications deliver updates to your browser even when you're not on the site.
Tip: Enable push notifications to never miss a booking reminder or support reply.
Notification Preferences
You can customize which notifications you receive and through which channels. Go to Profile and scroll to the Notification Preferences section. Toggle individual notification types for each channel (Email, Push, In-app).
