Payment Processors
Updated September 19, 2026
Connect one or more payment providers to accept online payments from your customers.
Available Processors
Slotsy supports multiple payment processors to serve businesses in different regions:
| Processor | Type | Regions | Key Features |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Connect | Global | Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK, Przelewy24 |
| LiqPay | Credentials | Ukraine | Cards, Google Pay, Privat24, invoicing |
| PayPal | Credentials | Global | PayPal balance, cards, Pay Later |
| Monobank | Credentials | Ukraine | Monobank acquiring, Apple Pay, Google Pay |
Processor Types
Connect Flow (Stripe)
The simplest setup — no API keys needed:
- Click Connect Stripe
- You are redirected to Stripe's website
- Create or link your Stripe account
- Authorize Slotsy to process payments on your behalf
- You are returned to Slotsy — done
Slotsy uses Stripe Connect, which means payments go directly to your Stripe account. Slotsy never holds your funds.
Credential-Based (LiqPay, PayPal, Monobank)
These processors require you to enter API credentials from your provider account:
- Click Connect next to the processor
- Enter the required credentials:
| Processor | Required Credentials |
|---|---|
| LiqPay | Public Key, Private Key |
| PayPal | Client ID, Client Secret |
| Monobank | API Token |
- Click Save & Verify
Tip: You can find your API keys in your provider's developer dashboard. Each provider has documentation explaining where to find them.
Connecting a Processor
- Go to Settings > Payment Processors
- Find the processor you want to connect
- Click Connect
- Follow the setup flow (Connect or Credentials, depending on the processor)
- After successful connection, the processor status changes to Active
Enabling and Disabling Processors
Once connected, you can toggle a processor on or off without removing the connection:
- Enabled — the processor is offered to customers during checkout
- Disabled — the processor is hidden from customers, but your credentials are preserved
This is useful for seasonal changes or temporary maintenance on a provider's side.
Testing the Connection
After connecting a processor, verify it works:
- Open the processor settings
- Click Test Connection
- Slotsy sends a test request to the provider
- A success or error message is displayed
If the test fails, double-check your API credentials and ensure your provider account is fully activated.
Tip: For Stripe, the test is automatic during the Connect flow. If you see a green checkmark, your connection is working.
Multi-Processor Support
You can connect and enable multiple processors simultaneously. During checkout, customers choose their preferred payment method:
- If only one processor is active, it is selected automatically
- If multiple processors are active, customers see all available options
- Each processor shows its supported payment methods (e.g., Stripe shows card + Apple Pay)
Tip: Offering multiple payment options increases conversion. Consider enabling both a global processor (Stripe) and a local one (LiqPay, Monobank) to serve all customers.
Disconnecting a Processor
- Open the processor settings
- Click Disconnect
- Confirm the action
Disconnecting removes your credentials from Slotsy. Existing payments processed through this provider remain in your payment history.
Pay on Site
At the top of the same page sits the switch Allow pay on site (pay later). It decides whether a customer who reaches the payment step may skip online payment and settle at the venue.
| Switch | What the customer sees |
|---|---|
| On (default) | Your online methods plus "Pay on site" — the customer chooses |
| Off | Online methods only — every online booking is paid in full at the moment it is made |
The switch applies to the whole company, not to individual services or customers. If no online method is active, pay on site is the only option regardless of the switch.
Tip: Turning it off is how you make prepayment mandatory. Slotsy takes the full service price at booking — there is no partial deposit — so pair it with clear cancellation rules that say what part of the payment is kept after a no-show, and refund the rest from Payments.
Stripe Payment Methods (BLIK, Przelewy24)
BLIK and Przelewy24 are not separate processors — they ride your Stripe Connect account, so there are no credentials to enter. Switch them on under Stripe Payment Methods on this page and they appear as payment options at checkout.
Three things must hold, or the option is offered and the payment is not created:
| Requirement | Why |
|---|---|
| Stripe Connect connected and verified | The payment runs through your account |
| Price in PLN | Both are Polish methods and settle in złoty only |
blik_payments / p24_payments enabled on your Stripe account | Stripe rejects the payment otherwise — request the capability in the Stripe Dashboard |
Paying with either sends the customer to a Stripe-hosted page and back to your booking confirmation. The booking is confirmed once Stripe reports the payment as complete, which is usually immediate.
Tip: Card payments are unaffected — they stay on your own page.
