Earnings Dashboard

The Earnings Dashboard gives you a complete picture of your digital product revenue — what is selling, how much you are earning, and where the money is going.
Revenue Overview
The summary cards at the top of the page show your key financial metrics:

| Total Earnings | All-time revenue from digital product sales |
| This Month | Revenue earned in the current calendar month |
| This Week | Revenue earned in the current week (Monday to Sunday) |
| Average Order Value | Average amount per transaction |
All amounts are displayed in your company currency. Figures update in real time as new sales come in.
Earnings by Product
The bar chart below the summary cards breaks down revenue by individual product. Each bar represents one digital product, sorted by total revenue from highest to lowest.
How to read the chart:
- Hover over a bar to see the exact revenue amount and number of sales
- Click on a bar to navigate to that product's detail page
- Use the date range selector above the chart to view a specific period
Tip: Check this chart regularly to identify your best sellers. Consider creating similar products or bundling popular items together.
Sales List
The detailed sales table shows every individual transaction:

| Product | Name of the digital product sold |
| Customer | Buyer's name and email |
| Date | Date and time of purchase |
| Amount | Sale amount in your company currency |
| Status | Payment status (paid, refunded, disputed) |
Click on any row to see the full transaction details, including the payment method and download history.
Filters
Narrow down the sales list using the available filters:

| Date Range | Today, this week, this month, custom range |
| Product | Select one or more specific products |
| Payment Status | Paid, refunded, or disputed |
Filters can be combined. For example, show only "Paid" sales of a specific product in the last 30 days.
Payout Information
The Payouts section shows how your earnings reach your bank account:
- Connected account — your Stripe Connect account status
- Payout schedule — when Stripe sends funds to your bank (daily, weekly, or monthly)
- Pending balance — funds collected but not yet paid out
- Next payout — estimated date and amount of the next transfer
Tip: If your payout schedule is set to weekly, you can change it to daily in your Stripe Dashboard for faster access to funds.
Export Earnings Report
Download your earnings data for accounting or analysis:
- Set the desired date range using the filters
- Click Export
- Choose the format:
- CSV — for spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
- PDF — for printed reports or sharing
The exported file includes all transactions matching your current filters: product name, customer, date, amount, and status.
