Customer Management
Updated September 19, 2026
The Customers section gives you a complete view of everyone who books with your business.
Customer List
The main customer page shows a searchable table of all customers:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Customer's full name, or their email if they have not given one yet |
| Email address | |
| Phone | Phone number |
| Total Visits | Number of completed bookings |
| Total Spent | Lifetime revenue from this customer |
| Last Visit | Date of the most recent booking |
| Status | Active or Blocked |
Use the search bar to find customers by name, email, or phone number. Apply filters to narrow results by status, visit count, or date range.
Tip: A customer appears in this list as soon as they sign in to your booking page, which is before they have told you their name — signing in only asks for an email or a phone number. Until their first booking, the Name column shows that email instead. It fills in on its own once they book.
Customer Profile
Click on any customer to open their full profile:
- Contact info — name, email, phone
- Booking history — all past and upcoming bookings
- Statistics — total visits, total spent, average booking value
- Notes — internal notes visible only to your team
Adding a Customer Manually
- Click Add Customer in the top right
- Enter the customer's name (required)
- Add email and/or phone number
- Click Save
Tip: Customers are also created automatically when they book through the customer portal.
Editing Customer Info
- Open the customer profile
- Click Edit next to the contact section
- Update name, email, or phone
- Click Save Changes
Blocking a Customer
Blocking prevents a customer from making new bookings:
- Open the customer profile
- Click Block Customer
- Confirm the action
Blocked customers see a message that booking is unavailable. Their existing future bookings remain — cancel them manually if needed.
To unblock, open the profile and click Unblock Customer.
Customer Notes
Add internal notes that only your team can see:
- Open the customer profile
- Scroll to the Notes section
- Click Add Note
- Type your note and click Save
Tip: Use notes to record preferences, allergies, or special requests. Customers never see these notes.
Merge Duplicate Customers
If the same person has multiple customer records:
- Open one of the duplicate profiles
- Click Merge in the actions menu
- Search for and select the other profile
- Choose which contact details to keep
- Click Merge Customers
All booking history from both profiles will be combined into one record. This action cannot be undone.
Export Customer List
Export your customers to a CSV file for spreadsheets, email tools, or backups.
- Go to the customer list page
- (Optional) Filter by status: Active, Inactive, or Blocked
- Click Export to CSV
- The browser downloads
customers-export.csv
Columns: Name, Email, Phone, City, Country, Status, Created At.
Limits & rules:
- Only Owner and Admin roles can export customers
- The export is capped at 10 000 rows per file
- The status filter narrows the export — leave it empty to export everything
Tip: Phone numbers are exported as
<country>E.164(e.g.UA+380501234567) so they can be parsed reliably in any tool.
One address, one customer
An address is stored in lower case however it was typed: [email protected] and [email protected] are the same person, and the company holds one record for them.
A second customer with the same address is refused with an explanation rather than an error. The same applies when editing: an address another customer already holds cannot be moved onto this one.
Tip: when a customer appears to have split in two, the usual cause is two different addresses rather than two spellings of one. Check which address they booked with and which they bought a pass with.
