A client buys a voucher for an amount or a service on your page, and the recipient books online and pays with the code. The money for the voucher lands on your Stripe at once.

Problem
Vouchers are sold at the desk on a printed form, and the number goes into a notebook. Someone wants to buy one in the evening, and you are closed. The recipient comes six months later — how much is left, and is it still valid?
Solution
In Slotsy a voucher has a code and a history. Clients buy it on your page at any time, and the email with the code goes to the buyer or to the recipient on a chosen day. At booking the code pays for the visit in full or in part, and Slotsy keeps the balance.
How gift vouchers work
Set it up once, then sell and redeem without a notebook
Set amounts and services
Turn on Sell gift vouchers, set the amounts, for example 100 / 200 / 300 zł, and the services a voucher can be bought for. Validity is 12, 18, 24 or 36 months.
The client buys and gives it
In the Gift vouchers tab of your page the client picks an amount or a service, writes a message and pays online. The email with the code goes to them or to the recipient — right away or on a chosen day and hour.
The recipient pays with the code
When booking on your studio page or in the widget on your website, the recipient enters the code. The voucher covers the whole visit or part of it, and the client pays the rest.
