Ways to sign in

Signing in to Slotsy needs no password. You never made one and cannot — instead we send a one-time link, or let you in through Google.

A link to your email

The main way, and the one that always works:

  1. Open the sign-in page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Press Send link
  4. Open the letter and press the button in it

You land in your account. The link lasts 15 minutes and works once — ask for a new one if it has gone stale.

Tip: open the link on the same device you asked from. The letter opens in a new tab and we bring you back where you were — even if you were halfway through a booking.

Google or Facebook

One press and you are in; there is no separate registration. The buttons are on both sign-in pages: on slotsy.io (the Log In button in the header) and on a studio's own page. It is one account, so it is one sign-in.

A button you cannot see means that way is not set up on the platform — it does not depend on the studio. The email link always works.

Which address to use

The one your bookings and passes were made with. A pass belongs to an address, not to a person: sign in with a different one and you will not see what you bought with the first.

Cannot remember? Open the purchase letter for your pass — the address is written in it, and the Open my account button already carries the right one.

There is no registration

The page says so itself — "Sign in or sign up". There is no separate "sign up" step: the account is created the first time you sign in, that is, the first time you confirm the address is yours. No password here either.

Which means bookings made as a guest live apart until you sign in. After that they come across to your account on their own, as long as they were made with the same address.

Whose terms you accept

Under the sign-in button it says you accept Slotsy's Terms and Privacy Policy. Slotsy's, not the studio's — even though the page carries the studio's name and colours.

A Slotsy account is one account for every studio on the platform. Book with a second studio and you sign in with the same account — no signing up again.

Signing in by phone number

Only from a studio's own page — the code is tied to it. The general sign-in page on slotsy.io has no such button; from there, use Google or your email.

If the button is missing on a studio's page too, the method is not set up on the platform.
