Referral Program

Earn credits by recommending Slotsy to other business owners. When someone signs up using your referral link and subscribes, you receive rewards that can be applied toward your own subscription payments.

How Referrals Work

Reward Rates

All rewards go through a 30-day clawback period before they are confirmed. If the referred business cancels within 30 days, the reward is revoked.

Using Your Referral Code

  1. Log in to the Admin Panel
  2. Go to Settings > Referral Program
  3. Copy your referral link or code
  4. Share it via email, social media, or in person

You can also set a custom slug to personalize your link (e.g., slotsy.me/ref/your-salon).

Viewing Your Balance

In Settings > Referral Program, you can see:

  • Credits balance — available credits to apply
  • Pending rewards — rewards still in the 30-day clawback period
  • Total earned — lifetime earnings from all referrals
  • Referred businesses — list of companies you referred and their status

Applying Credits

When you have confirmed credits, you can apply them to reduce your next subscription payment:

  1. Go to Settings > Referral Program
  2. Click Apply Credits
  3. Enter the amount to apply
  4. Credits are deducted from your next invoice

Tip: Apply credits before your billing date for maximum savings. Credits are denominated in your subscription currency.

Important Rules

  • Only company owners can create referral codes and apply credits
  • Self-referrals are not allowed
  • Each business can only be referred once
  • You must have an active subscription to earn referral rewards
