Customizing Text on Your Booking Page

Rename the headings, buttons and labels customers see, so your page speaks the way your business does.

Overview

Every studio calls things by its own name. A pilates studio runs classes, not services; a clinic has doctors, not specialists; a barbershop books slots, not appointments. Settings > UI Text lets you replace the platform's wording with your own, without touching anything else.

This is different from Translations. Translations are for your own content — service names, your company description. UI Text is for Slotsy's wording around that content.

Finding the Text You Want to Change

Go to Settings > UI Text. The text is grouped by the page it appears on, in the order a customer walks through your site:

Each row shows the text as it appears on your page, with its technical key in small grey type underneath. You do not need the key; it is there for support.

Use the search box to find wording you have seen on your page — it matches both the text and the key.

Changing a Text

  1. Go to Settings > UI Text
  2. Pick the language at the top: 🇬🇧 English, 🇺🇦 Ukrainian, 🇵🇱 Polish
  3. Open the group for the page you want to change
  4. Click the text you want to replace
  5. Type your version and press Enter

The change is live on your booking page within a few minutes.

Changing It Back

Customized rows are highlighted, with the platform's original shown beside them. Click the ↺ icon to remove your version and go back to the default.

Tick Customized only at the top to see everything you have changed so far, with a count on each page group.

One Language at a Time

Text is customized per language. If you rename a heading in Ukrainian, the English and Polish versions keep Slotsy's wording until you change them too.

Tip: Change the language your customers actually read first. If most of them book in Ukrainian, start there and leave the rest — a language you never touch is not broken, it simply uses the platform's wording.

What You Cannot Change Here

Error messages, validation warnings, loading states and e-mail templates are not listed. They are worded carefully for clarity and are not part of your branding.
