Payment Providers Management

Manage all payment provider integrations from a single dashboard. View health status, configure credentials, test connections, and monitor transaction statistics.

Note: This feature is available only for Platform Administrators.

Accessing Payment Providers

  1. Log in as a Platform Admin
  2. In the sidebar, navigate to Payment Providers under the Platform section
  3. The page displays all available providers as cards

Provider Card Overview

Each provider card shows:

Health badgeCurrent status: Healthy (green), Degraded (yellow), Down (red), Unknown (gray)
Enabled/DisabledWhether the provider is active on the platform
Min PlanMinimum subscription plan required to use this provider
SandboxIndicates if the provider is in test mode
30-day statsQuick summary of transactions, volume, success rate, and active companies

Configuring a Provider

  1. Click the Configure button on any provider card
  2. A modal opens with five sections:

General — Toggle the provider on/off, enable sandbox mode, set sort order.

Availability — View minimum plan requirement, available countries, and supported currencies.

Credentials — API keys are masked by default. Click the eye icon to reveal the mask. Enter new values to override existing credentials — changes are applied on save.

Fees — View the provider's fee description (read-only) and set the platform fee percentage.

Features — Read-only list of supported features: recurring payments, refunds, Connect (marketplace), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  1. Click Save to apply changes

Tip: Always test the connection after updating credentials to ensure they are valid.

Testing a Connection

  1. Click Test Connection on any provider card
  2. A spinner appears while the test runs
  3. On success, a toast notification shows "Connection successful" with response time in milliseconds
  4. On failure, an error toast appears with the failure reason

Viewing Statistics

  1. Click View Stats on a provider card
  2. A modal displays 30-day statistics:
    • Transactions — total transaction count
    • Volume — total monetary volume
    • Success Rate — percentage of successful transactions
    • Avg Transaction — average transaction amount
    • Active Companies — number of companies using this provider
    • Refunds — refund count and total refund volume
