Upload and manage photos of your work, workspace, and team. Your gallery is displayed on the customer booking page and helps attract new clients.
Uploading Images
- Go to Settings > Gallery
- Drag and drop files onto the upload area, or click Upload to select files
- Optionally select a Location and Category for the image
- Images are uploaded and saved automatically
You can upload multiple images at once. Each image appears in the gallery grid after processing.
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP (max 10 MB per image)
Tip: Use high-quality images that showcase your best work. Photos of completed services, your workspace, and happy customers make a strong impression.
Image Categories
Organize your gallery by assigning categories to images:

| General | Promotional banners, general photos |
| Interior | Workspace, reception, rooms |
| Our Work | Results of services (haircuts, nails, etc.) |
| Team | Staff photos, group shots |
| Before & After | Transformation comparisons |
If no category is selected, the image is assigned General by default. Customers can filter the gallery by category on your booking page.
Location Assignment
Each image can optionally be linked to a specific location:
- With location — the image appears under that location's section
- Without location — the image appears in a "General" section
This is useful if your business has multiple locations and you want to showcase each one separately. Companies without locations can upload photos without selecting one.
To remove a location from an existing image, edit the image and clear the location field.
Reordering Photos
- Click and hold a photo in the gallery grid
- Drag it to the desired position
- Release to drop it in place
- The new order is saved automatically
Place your best photos first — they create the first impression for potential customers.
Editing Image Details
- Click on an image to open its details
- Update the caption, alt text, category, or location
- Changes are saved automatically
Deleting Photos
- Hover over the photo you want to remove
- Click the delete icon (trash)
- Confirm the deletion
Deleted photos are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Tip: When you delete a location, all photos linked to it are preserved — they simply become "general" photos without a location.
Gallery on the Booking Page
Your gallery is visible to all customers who visit your booking page. Customers can:
- Browse all photos or filter by category
- View photos grouped by location
- See the quality of your work before booking
