Set the currency your company uses for pricing services and accepting payments.

Selecting Your Currency

  1. Go to Settings > Currency
  2. Choose your currency from the dropdown
  3. Click Save

Supported currencies include:

How Currency Affects Your Business

Your selected currency is used across the entire platform:

  • Service prices are displayed in your company currency
  • Booking confirmations show prices with the correct currency symbol
  • Reports and analytics use your currency for revenue totals
  • Customer-facing pages display all prices in your company currency

Changing Your Currency

You can change your currency at any time:

  1. Go to Settings > Currency
  2. Select the new currency
  3. Click Save

What happens when you change currency:

  • All service prices stay the same number — only the currency symbol changes
  • For example, if a service costs 500 UAH and you switch to PLN, it becomes 500 PLN
  • No automatic conversion is applied — you need to update prices manually if they should reflect the new currency's value

Tip: If you're switching to a different currency because you relocated, review all your service prices afterward and adjust them to appropriate values for the new currency.

Currency and Payment Processors

If you accept online payments through Stripe, your Slotsy currency must match the currency configured in your Stripe account:

  • Matching currencies — payments process normally
  • Mismatched currencies — payment creation may fail or customers may see unexpected amounts

Before enabling online payments, verify that your company currency and Stripe account currency are aligned.

Tip: Set your currency before configuring payment processors. This avoids confusion and ensures prices are consistent from the start.

Currency Display

Prices are formatted according to the currency standard:

  • UAH: 500 ₴
  • PLN: 500 zł
  • EUR: €500
  • USD: $500

The format is applied automatically across all pages — admin panel, booking page, and email notifications.
