Membership plans let you offer recurring subscriptions to your customers — a steady revenue stream and a reason for clients to keep coming back.
What Are Memberships?
A membership is a recurring subscription that gives a customer access to specific services at a discounted rate or with included bookings. Customers are billed automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly), and their membership renews until they cancel.
Plans List
The Membership Plans page displays all your plans in a table:

Creating a Plan
- Click + New Plan
- Fill in the plan details:

- Click Save
Tip: Start with a simple plan that includes your most popular services. You can always create more specialized plans later.
Usage Limits
Control how many bookings a subscriber can make per billing period:
- Unlimited — the subscriber can book included services as many times as they want
- Fixed number — for example, 8 bookings per month. Once the limit is reached, the customer books at the regular price
The usage counter resets automatically at the start of each billing period.
Discounts
Set a percentage discount that applies when a member books any of the included services. For example, a 20% discount on a 500 UAH service means the customer pays 400 UAH per booking.
If the plan also has a usage limit, bookings within the limit use the discount. Bookings beyond the limit are charged at the full regular price.
Active / Inactive Toggle
- Active — the plan is visible on the booking page and customers can subscribe
- Inactive — the plan is hidden from new customers, but existing subscribers keep their membership until it expires or they cancel
Editing a Plan
- Click on a plan in the list
- Modify any field
- Click Save Changes
Changes apply to new subscribers only. Existing subscribers continue on the terms they signed up for until their next renewal.
Tip: If you need to change pricing for everyone, create a new plan and deactivate the old one. Existing subscribers will finish their current period on the old plan.
Deleting a Plan
- Open the plan
- Click Delete Plan
- Confirm the action
You can only delete a plan that has no active subscribers. If the plan still has subscribers, deactivate it instead and wait for all memberships to expire or be cancelled.
