Gift vouchers
A voucher is a gift of a visit to a particular studio: for an amount or for a service. You can buy one without an account and pay for a booking with it on the studio's page or in the widget on its website.
Buy a voucher
- On the studio's page open the Gift vouchers tab. It is not there if the studio does not sell vouchers online.
- Choose Amount (a set value) or Service — the price is on the button. Below it you see how long the voucher is valid, for example "Valid for 12 months from purchase."
- For whom: the recipient's name and a message — both optional.
- To have the recipient get it directly, tick Send the voucher to the recipient by email, enter their email and when: Right after payment or On a chosen day (day and time). Without it the voucher comes to you — forward it or print it.
- From: your name (optional) and your email — the receipt and the code go there.
- Pay — online, with the methods the studio accepts (card; BLIK and Przelewy24 in złoty). The money goes to the studio's account.
After paying you see the voucher page: "Confirming the payment…", and within seconds the code XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, the amount and "Valid until". Print or save as PDF gives a page ready to hand over.
Pay for a booking with a voucher
- Book as usual — on the studio's page or in the widget on its website.
- At the confirmation step click Have a gift voucher?, enter the code and Apply. Case, spaces and dashes do not matter.
- You see how much the voucher pays:

What is left stays on the voucher for the next visit. A service voucher works only for its service. A voucher and a membership cannot be used together in one booking.
If the code does not work

| This voucher has expired | The "Valid until" date has passed |
| Nothing is left on this voucher | It has been used up |
| This voucher is for another service | Choose the service on the voucher |
| Too many attempts | Wait a few minutes |
If the booking is cancelled
If the studio cancels or declines the booking, or paying the rest is not finished, the amount goes back to the voucher by itself. You cannot cancel on your own after the studio's cut-off; for a late return, talk to the studio.
Tip: Keep the voucher page or the email — you need the code when booking.
