Buying a pass

A pass is a pack of classes you pay for once — four sessions valid for 30 days, say. You buy it by card online, then simply book: visits come off it on their own.
Two ways to buy

With a booking
- Pick the service — beneath it is Buy, with the pass named
- Pick the date and time of the first class
- Fill in your details
- Press the button — if you are not signed in, we ask you to first (see below)
- Then a confirmation window opens
The window says everything you are paying for: which pass, how many classes it holds and how long it runs, which class it starts with — date, time and instructor — and which address it is issued to. The button names the amount: "Pay 720 PLN".
Then the payment page, and after it the booking is confirmed and the first class already taken off the pass.
Why it asks you to sign in. A pass is issued to an account, so it cannot get lost and you can always see the visits you have left. No password is needed: we send a link to your email. It opens in a new tab, brings you back to this very step, and everything you filled in is kept — name, phone, note.
On its own
On the passes page, under each plan, there is Buy without booking a session. No sign-in needed here. Give an address, pay, and the pass is yours.
When the pass starts
Not on the day you pay — on your first class.
Buy on Thursday evening and start on Monday, and the clock starts on Monday. The days in between are not lost.
Tip: a pass bought together with a booking has already started — from the class you chose.
If you bought a pass on its own, the company may set a date by which it has to be started. You see this before paying:
Start it by 18.10.2026 — book a session before then, or it starts by itself.
Nothing is lost: on that day the pass simply begins, and its normal validity runs from there.
The letter afterwards
It arrives at once and carries what matters: the pass by name, the number of classes, how long it runs, and the address the pass is issued to.
That address is your key to the account. Signing in to Slotsy needs no password: you give the address and we send a link. The letter has an Open my account button that already carries the right address, so there is nothing to type.
Tip: cannot remember which address you bought with? Open the purchase letter — it is written there.
Using it
When booking a covered service, choose Pass as the payment method. One visit comes off as the booking is made, which is what holds the slot for you.
The pass is not offered when the visits are used up, the period has passed, or the service is not in the plan. Then pay the single price as usual.
If something goes wrong

Tip: the same pass can be bought again once it runs out. Each purchase is its own pack with its own period.
