Dashboard

Your dashboard is the starting point of your Slotsy account. It gives you a quick overview of what's happening — upcoming appointments, recent activity, and shortcuts to common actions.

Upcoming Bookings

The top of your dashboard shows your nearest upcoming bookings:

  • Service name — what you've booked
  • Company — where your appointment is
  • Date & time — when it's scheduled
  • Staff member — who will provide the service

Click on any booking to see full details or manage it.

Tip: Your dashboard always shows the next few appointments so you never miss one.

Recent Activity

Below your upcoming bookings, you'll see your recent activity:

  • Completed bookings
  • New membership subscriptions
  • Booking cancellations or changes
  • Digital product purchases

This gives you a quick history of what you've been doing on Slotsy.

Quick Actions

Your dashboard provides shortcuts to common tasks:

  • Book Again — repeat a recent booking with the same service and company
  • View Company — go directly to a company's booking page
  • New Booking — start a fresh booking from scratch

These shortcuts save you time when you already know what you want.

Notifications

Your dashboard displays important notifications:

  • Booking confirmations — when a booking is confirmed by the company
  • Reminders — upcoming appointment reminders
  • Changes — if the company reschedules or updates your booking
  • Membership alerts — renewal reminders or payment issues

You can configure which notifications you receive in your Profile Settings.

Calendar View

Switch to the calendar view to see all your bookings laid out on a calendar:

  • Monthly view — see the full month at a glance
  • Weekly view — a closer look at your week
  • Color-coded entries by company or service type
  • Click any entry to see booking details

Tip: The calendar view is great for planning when you have multiple appointments across different companies.
