Manage your personal account settings — name, email, password, avatar, and notification preferences.
Viewing Your Profile
- Click your avatar or name in the top-right corner of the admin panel
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu
- Your profile page displays your current account information
Editing Personal Information
Update your name, email, and phone:
- Go to Profile
- Edit the fields you want to change:
- First Name — your given name
- Last Name — your family name
- Email — your login email (also used for notifications)
- Phone — your contact number
- Click Save
Tip: Your name is displayed to customers in booking confirmations and to other staff members in the admin panel. Use your real name for a professional appearance.
Changing Your Password
- Go to Profile
- Scroll to the Change Password section
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Change Password
Your new password takes effect immediately. You'll stay logged in on the current device.
Uploading an Avatar
Your avatar appears in the admin panel and on the booking page (if you're a staff member):
- Go to Profile
- Click your current avatar or the Upload button
- Select an image from your device
- The avatar is saved automatically
Recommended: Square image, at least 200x200px. PNG or JPG format.
Notification Preferences
Control how you receive notifications about bookings and account activity:
- Go to Profile
- Scroll to the Notifications section
- Toggle the notification types:
| Notification | Description |
|---|---|
| Email notifications | Receive booking updates via email |
| Push notifications | Browser push notifications for new bookings |
- Click Save
Tip: Keep email notifications enabled for important updates like new bookings and cancellations. Push notifications are great for real-time alerts during working hours.
Language Preference
Set the language you work in:
- Go to Profile
- Find the Language card
- Select your language (English, Українська or Polski)
The choice is saved at once — no Save button — and it is remembered on every device you sign in from. You can also switch it from the globe icon in the top bar; both write to the same setting.
This is your own language, in two places: the admin panel interface, and the emails we send you — subscription notices, payment warnings, account messages.
Tip: It does not change the language your clients are written in. That follows each client's own choice, and otherwise your company's language. Customer-facing page wording is configured separately in Translations and UI Text.
